Cheech (Cheech Marin) ist ein bekloppter Mexikaner und Chong (Tommy Chong) ein bescheuerter Hippie. Die beiden sind Nieten mit dem IQ eines Knäckebrots, die sich durch die Weltgeschichte kiffen. Ob im Bordell oder auf dem Arbeitsamt, sie stiften überall Chaos und Verwirrung. Diesmal finden die beiden eine Tüte "himmlischen" Rauchstoffs. Das Zeug muss natürlich sofort getestet werden. Das das auch diesmal nicht ohne Stress abgeht ist klar. Als dann noch ein Irrer und eine wilde Polizeimeute dazu kommen, geht die Post so richtigt ab.
