The Morose Mononokean
Hanae Ashiya ist ein ganz gewöhnlicher Junge, der bereits von seinem Leben als Oberschüler träumt. Doch leider wird er von einem Yokai verfolgt, der dafür sorgt, dass er es nicht in den Unterricht schafft. In seiner Verzweiflung findet er ein Plakat, auf dem steht, dass Exorzisten gesucht werden. Er wendet sich an die besagte Person, um seinen Wegbegleiter loszuwerden. Doch diese hat andere Pläne mit Ashiya - Er soll ihm von nun an helfen, die Yokai zurück in die Unterwelt zu schicken.
