The Halcyon
London im Jahr 1940, als die deutsche Luftwaffe Großbritannien mit zahllosen Luftangriffen zum Einklicken bewegen will: Im Fünf-Sterne-Hotel geht das Leben weiter. Menschen, vom kleinen Hotel-Angestellten bis zum Gast aus der High-Society müssen mit der ständigen Bedrohung zurechtkommen. Gleichzeitig müssen die Angestellten versuchen den Gästen einen möglichst „normalen“ Aufenthalt zu bieten.
