Superman/Batman: Apocalypse
Ein geheimnisvolles Raumschiff vom Planeten Krypton muss auf der Erde notlanden und jeder will das hübsche Mädchen an Bord kennen lernen. Superman freut sich über diese Verbindung zu seiner Vergangenheit, Batman vermutet Verrat, Wonder Woman hofft, eine artverwandte Seele zu treffen, und Darkseid wünscht sich eine neue Komplizin. Doch die temperamentvolle Teenagerin hat ihre eigenen Pläne und keiner davon beinhaltet geheime Identitäten, Capes oder Heldentaten. So muss das Superhelden-Duo Batman und Superman erneut seine Kräfte bündeln, um gegen Darkseid anzutreten. "Superman/Batman: Apocalypse" ist bereits der 9. Spielfilm in der Reihe der DC Universe Animated Original Movies. Hierbei übernahm Animationslegende Bruce Timm selbst die Produktion und das actiongeladene Drehbuch stammt von Tab Murphy.
