Quarter to Two Before Jesus Christ
In der römischen Kolonie, Rahatlocum, in Nordafrika geht's drüber und drunter. Als Ben-Hur Marcel (Coluche) bei einer Demonstration verhaftet wird, wird er vor die Wahl gestellt: ein Ende in der Arena oder ein Attentat auf Caesar während dessen Besuchs in der Kolonie zu verüben. Ben-Hur entscheidet sich für das Attentat, doch das gelingt ihm auch nicht. Inzwischen ist Cleopatra zu einem Staatsbesuch in Rahatlocum angekommen, und hier findet sie ihren als verschollen geglaubten Bruder, Aminemephet, der kein anderer ist als Ben-Hur Marcel...
