Jock of the Bushveld
Der kleine Jock ist eben erst dem Wurf entwöhnt, da wird er auch schon käuflich veräußert an den jungen Fritz. Der will sein Glück machen als Goldsucher in Südafrika, ein Hund kann da nicht schaden. Tatsächlich unternehmen ein krimineller Händler und der Affe, der die Hunde beißt, alle möglichen Anstrengungen, den Jüngling um Ruf und Besitz zu prellen. Außerdem treibt ein Leopard sein Unwesen. Aber es gibt auch Positives: Etwa die heiße Pudeldame Polly, Schoßhund des Minenbesitzers. Der hätte auch eine Tochter, die Fritz gefiele.
