Es ist das Jahr 1978, überall tobt der Punk, nur nicht gerade in Belfast. Das soll sich ändern, denn Terri Hooley eröffnet nicht nur einen Plattenladen, er bietet eine Plattform für aufstrebende Bands, Punkbands, um genauer zu sein. Als Plattenproduzent schließlich förderte Terri Hooley Bands wie The Undertones. Good Vibrations ist seine Geschichte.
